Jesma’s special and versatile HMI control system for automatic control can be used to control several units at once. It can also incorporate a number of weighing solutions to manage a wide variety of tasks, such as controlling several weigh feeders, complete dosing systems, and much more.

The highly versatile integrated motor control center (MCC) can be set to control scraper bottoms, dosing screws, pneumatic closing caps, JesBatch scales among others. Through the HMI, the MCC can be set to handle, dose, weigh, and discharge ingredients in precise accordance with programmable recipes.

In Jesma’s HMI control system the current values is shown in the display. The current flow can be seen in the HMI and will be sent to the client’s CCS system.
