JesBelt® A-FG Flex

Belt weigh feeder, specially designed for the food industry

The JesBelt A-FG Flex is a part of Jesma’s Aqua Line program. Compared to traditional weigh feeders, the design of JesBelt A-FG Flex has been made to ensure easy access to all parts and easy cleaning of the weigh feeder. The JesBelt A-FG Flex is constructed for continuous weighing of material transported on a belt, or for regulation of a specific material flow.

The weigher is as standard carried out in AISI304 stainless steel. The weigh feeder is applicable for many applications requiring a built-in weighing function. With great accuracy, the JesBelt A-FG Flex can work with different materials such as fish, meat, and vegetables.

• Weighing accuracy +/- 1% within 20-100% of max. capacity. (The accuracy will depend on having a clean and flexible belt. Due to the modular belt construction more frequent taring routine must be expected and prepared by pausing production flow to the belt scale.)
