Weighing and dosing of low density products

A dosing feeder system for regulation and dosing of an even flow of very light materials.  The Jesma JesBuffer Solution consists of a dosing feeder with a pre-bin (Buffer) and a weigh feeder system type JesBelt-A.

Via speed regulation of the feeding device the buffer handles volume variations of to 1 m3 and at the same time maintains a constant layer thickness on the weigh feeder.

• Automatic regulation of the material flow
• Dosing belt with carriers to the weigh feeder to ensure material flow is carried out with contact layer thickness
• Options for system set up with complete Jesma MCC/OCC control unit
