JesFlow: A maintenance-free solution for efficient product flow measurement and retrofitting

The JesFlow’s simple construction makes for a maintenance free construction, seeing that the load cell is suspended outside of the product flow. The design allows for easy retrofitting into existing lines.

Strong and sturdy construction

The scale is built around a high precision load cell suspended in a parallelogram which isolates the load cell from the mechanical structure. This makes the scale free from moving parts thus extending the lifetime of the equipment.

What’s important when weighing with an impact weigher?

•  A constant material flow and density.
• The material is free-flowing, non-packing, non-fluidized/ventilated.
•  The scale is free from discontinuous internal air flows
