Jesma solutions for accuracy and operational stability

Over a year ago, Jesma received an inquiry from Skamol Roedding, Demmark, one of our valued customers. The project required precise weighing/batching, as well as gentle transportation of four different ingredients into their mixer. The project emphasized two critical aspects: the accuracy of the mixing ratios and the operational uptime of the plant.
After determining the detailed specifications, Jesma began the development phase, transforming initial sketches into comprehensive drawings. With Skamol’s approval, the project moved forward into the implementation phase.
The finished plant consists of dosing silos with scraper bottoms and dosing screws, JesBatch scales and finally the JesBelt Z conveyor which transports the weighed batches up to the mixer.
