Complaints about defects, which should be detected by usual inspection of the product, must be reported to within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange, or possible crediting by agreement. Returns should also be sent to this address – please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by personally delivering the item to us. It is not a requirement, but processing will be quicker if sufficient information is included with the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, and a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
Refunds
In the case of agreed discounts, returned items, or prepaid items cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will be made. Refunds are normally always returned to the payment method from which the payment was made.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on goods, calculated from the day they are received, followed by 14 days to return them. If you choose to withdraw from a purchase, you simply need to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. Once the item is returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must cover the costs of return shipping yourself.
The consumer may withdraw from a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only considered used if it has been used beyond what is possible when testing it in a physical store. If the item has been used, a specific assessment will be made of what the product can be sold for as used to another consumer.
