The VPR is used in any vertical process line of dry and free flowing products. With its compact construction it can easily be retro fit into existing production lines.

No movable parts make the scale almost maintenance free and ensures a long operational lifetime.

Impact weighing – how?

Material is fed with a constant flow through the inlet, hitting the impact plate. When the material hits the impact plate the weighing system receives the horizontal force from the load cell and then transmits the signal to the amplifier that shows the indication.
